We aim for minimum down time. Completing work on time is an objective that we are aware of always. We will always maintain good communication on a regular basis while your vehicle’s in the care of our team. If any issue arises and we need more time to complete the work on your vehicle we will immediately inform you. We will only carry out work initially approved by you. If we find anything extra that needs doing we will advise you of any extra costs for your approval before we start.
